Men in Black Limousine Services Inc. general terms:
- All balances are due IN FULL before service being rendered.
- 50% Deposit, No Refund Policy.
- The customer authorizes Men in Black Limousine Services Inc. to charge their credit card and is fully responsible for any damages to the vehicles or cost of repair plus loss of use.
- If for any reason, the event exceeds the scheduled time there will be a surcharge of $150-$350 per hour depending on vehicle being used. All Men in Black Limousine Services Inc. Vehicles are NON-SMOKING.
- In the event Men in Black Limousine Services Inc. for reasons beyond its control is unable to perform this contract, the liability shall be limited to full monies paid by the customer or at the discretion of Men in Black Limousine Services Inc. to sublet the service to another company.
- Men in Black Limousine Services Inc. is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles.
Men in Black Limousine Services Cancellation Policy and Associated Charges:
- All Changes are to be made 24 hours in advance, or a 25% re-scheduling fee will apply.
- 24 hours notice, prior to the scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
- All No-Shows will be charged in full including taxes.
