We just returned from Chicago with your driver Ed. I was concerned that we would get a driver with a
personality that did not click with ours. We were extremely pleased as we interacted with Ed, From the
beginning, he was a good communicator, never said No just found a way to make it happen for a bunch of
people who are not easy to please and that put to rest any concerns.
I manage a business so I understand the value of people to your bottom line. I hope for your company’s
sake you a lot more Ed’s on staff. He was cool, calm, courteous, and composed regardless of the situation.
Traffic in and around Chicago is a mess to say the least and he did nothing but smile.
He worked with our schedule (or lack of there of) as it changed constantly. Never a challenge, just made
it happen for us no matter the time or place.
From a personal note, with him being so good to my people, it made me look good. And for me it is ALL about
our people being happy.
